RETURN GOODS POLICY
OUR ERROR
Goods that are shipped to you incorrectly through an error on our
part, namely an incorrect part number or a packaging mistake, will
be accepted for return at no charge and any return shipping charges
you may incur will be credited to your account. Simply call us for
a Return Material Authorization Number. We will, immediately upon
notification, reship the correct material and will credit your account
for the incorrect material upon receipt.
YOUR ERROR
We are available every business day via both phone and email to
discuss any questions you may have regarding our products and to
help ensure that you receive the correct part. However, if you order
material that is then shipped to you and received by you and you
desire a return, the material is then subject to a restocking and
handling charge as determined by the manufacturer and ImprintsUSA.com
up to 50%. In the case of special orders, some material may not
be returnable, subject to manufacturer's policies . In all cases,
the material to be returned must be in its original packaging and
in "as new" condition and will be subject to a restocking
fee. All requests for product return must be made within 60 days
of our shipping date. You are encouraged to call or write to us
to ensure that the product you are purchasing is the correct one
for your application.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
ImprintsUSA.com has diligently researched the sources of its merchandise
and represents only items of the highest quality. HOWEVER - - ImprintsUSA.com
makes no warranty, expressed or implied, over and above that of
the manufacturers of the products purchased. All product is covered
by the producer of the item purchased and any claims should be directed
appropriately. Copies of these warranties are available upon request.
DAMAGE/LOSS/SHORTAGE
Product packaging is done with care to insure that your order is
received in good condition. For shipment via U.P.S., U.S.P.S., FedEx,
Airborne or common carrier, please note the discrepancy, damage,
etc., on freight bill and immediately file the proper claim with
the delivering carrier. Damage and shortage of packages is the responsibility
of the delivering carrier. Shipping is FOB, shipper.
